Lilileian N-litter has turned one year old!

Congratulations to our Iina (Lilileian Norma Bel Canto), Costi (Lilileian Nessun Dorma) and Rasmus (Lilileian Noli Me Tangere)!

You have turned out to be everything this new breeder has dared to hope for: being healty, happy and bright little tibbies. You are a perfect combination of your father and mother - and you are very much loved!

Last Saturday morning we heard that Lukas's litter number three had been born - and with no less than 7 puppies; 5 boys and 2 girls. Congratulations to mom Ninni and the breeder Reija at Happy Lake Kennel!

A week ago the 2 puppies from Lukas's litter number 2 moved to their new homes. Saseran Lorent "Eetu" moved to Tulilinnun kennel. We wish him and Marja all the best and look forward in hearing about them in the future!

Last weekend Lukas spent in Vilna, Lithuania (Vilnius Winter ´07 and Christmas Cup ´07). He received excellent in both show being BM-2 and BM-3. He got a sert and a res.cacib. Thank you both Taija and Margit for taking him along with you!

Lili, Leia and Lara have been enjoying the easy life of leisure. Lara got her first shots - she is growing up so fast!

Lilileian Noli Me Tangere (from our first and only litter this far) did great in the Baltic Winner 2007 Show in Riga, Latvia, bringing home the title of Baltic Junior Champion '07!

There are two joyfull news for us to let you know today!

First, our leading lady Lili (Ziestan Adamina) turned three today! However, she did not have much time to celebrate her birthday since she is in the middle of her heat. She keeps us up during nights by singing beautiful but extremely louds songs for all the male dogs in the neighbourhood.

The second great piece of joyful news is the arrival of the latest additon to our pack.. let me introduce.. *drumming with fanfares* Ziestan Ingemaj "Lara", born September 15th, 2007.

Lara will have her own page with pictures as soon as possible. She is such a happy little lady with her tail wagging nonstop. She has also been very brave entering her new family and used every piece of information she has learned along the way wisely.

Today gave a charming lady from Turku, called "Honey" Ziestan Lorelai, birth to two lovely puppies: one sable bitch Saseran Lorelei and one particolor male Saseran Lorent. The father of these puppies is our Lukas.

We wish all the best for Honey and the puppies and the breeder Karoliina. May the little ones grow to be big and strong, and they inherit their father's loving and happy nature!

Lukas had his hips x-rayed September 30th and today we received the results by mail: B/B.

According to the FCI HD classification this means: Near normal hip joints. The femoral heed and the acetabulum are slightly incongruent and the acetabular angle according to Norberg (adapted for Pos.1) is about 105 degrees or the centre of the femoral head lies medial to the dorsal rim of the acetabulum and the femoral head and the acetabulum are congruent.

Anyhow, this result was very satisfactory!

Congratulations Rasmus!

In his last show on the puppy class Rasmus decided to do his very best and bring home the BOB cup and the honorary price rosette. And that he did! His handler Anna was also superb and those two did not let the nervous breeder in the background waver them a bit.

This was a fine start in Rasmus's show career! We are proud of him!

Lukas was BOB for the very first time in his life last weekend in Pärnu! Oh, I was so proud and happy! He would have gotten another Junior CAC (which he was not able to accept due to the fact that he already has three of them) and after winning the BM, he would have received the CAC (which he couldn't accept because he is not 2 years yet.. another 6 months to go ;)).

We had a great day in Viljandi, Estonia yesterday. The Danish judge Birgit Seloy rewarded Lukas with his third Junior CAC (Lukas is now Estonian and Lithuanian Junior Champion!!!) and my beautiful Leia her first CAC.
